  • User-generated content is retained while associated with an active account or until deleted by you.

When you request deletion of your account, we will remove or anonymize your personal information subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

Guitar Assistant is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries that may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

Guitar Assistant is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Services.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent as required by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), we will take steps to delete the information as soon as reasonably possible. 15. Removing Your Data and Closing Your Account

You may delete your Guitar Assistant account at any time by navigating to the "My Account" page and clicking on the "Delete Account" button. Once confirmed, we will delete or anonymize your associated personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our legal obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page.
