Guitar Assistant is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Services.

You may delete your Guitar Assistant account at any time by navigating to the "My Account" page and clicking on the "Delete Account" button. Once confirmed, we will delete or anonymize your associated personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our legal obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page.
